I am employed!
Yes! My first job in 18 years. I am so happy. I am going to be working for Prudential Fox & Roach as a real estate agent. I might be crazy getting into this profession in this economy, but I figure the whole home sales thing will soon enough make a turnaround and I can actually make some money. Yeah me!

Congrats but couldn’t they come up with a better name?? (Rosemary Tucker doesn’t work there does she??) Even if you make no money at first, you’re not out much are you? And you’ll build up a great deal of experience. You can always sell your own house if you get desperate? Mindy

Can you sell houses somewhere else? I would like to sell the house my Aunt Emma sold me here in Scobey. She sold it to me really cheap. I have had it rented for many years, but I think I would like to sell it and use the money to go on a trip or something. If I make any money on it that is.

I wish I could sell your “extra” house for you Valita! I would have to be licensed in Montana to do it. As it is, I don’t have my license here in Delaware yet. I think the Board of Realtors (why I want to call them “RealAtors” I have no idea) only meets once a month. I met with my mentor today …she is super nice and a perfect fit for me! That always helps. Now all I need to do is remember how to act like an adult.
